Gegužės 4 d. 10 val. vyks nuotolinė konferencija viešojo sektoriaus atstovams „Mokomės atvirumo: įtrauktis ir įvairovė organizacijoje“.
Konferencijos metu bus pristatytas įtraukties ir įvairovės organizacijoje principas, jo nauda bei pasidalyta praktine patirtimi apie tai, kaip šis principas taikomas viešojo ir privataus sektoriaus organizacijose. Renginio dalyviai gaus įžvalgų, nuo ko pradėti kuriant įtraukią organizaciją, ir patarimų, į ką atkreipti dėmesį, kad darbo aplinka ne tik užtikrintų lygias galimybes, bet ir atspindėtų visuomenėje vyraujančią įvairovę.
